Riviera for Zoom

The Riviera app for Zoom connects your Zoom account to Riviera so meeting links are added automatically to appointments booked through Riviera's scheduling — created when a patient books, updated when they reschedule, and removed when they cancel.

Adding the app

1.Sign in to Riviera and open Settings → Integrations.

2.Under Zoom, select Connect Zoom ("Connect Zoom so Riviera can add meeting links to booked appointments").

3.On Zoom's authorization screen, review the requested permissions and select Allow. The integration can create, update, and delete the Zoom meetings it manages for your bookings, and it reads your basic Zoom profile (name, email) to link your account.

4.That's it — the Integrations page shows Zoom connected.

Using the app

When an appointment is booked through Riviera scheduling, Riviera creates a Zoom meeting and includes the join link in the booking's confirmations and reminders.

Rescheduling a booking updates the Zoom meeting; canceling a booking deletes it.

Prerequisites: a Riviera account with scheduling enabled, and a Zoom account you're able to authorize.

Removing the app

1.In Riviera, open Settings → Integrations and disconnect Zoom; and/or

2.In the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps, find Riviera, and select Remove.

After removal, Riviera can no longer create or update Zoom meetings on your behalf. Meetings already created remain in your Zoom account under your control. To request deletion of data Riviera holds in connection with the integration, email hello@runriviera.com (see our Privacy Policy).
